This requires a bit of a backstory. This was made before I took sewing lessons ( obviously >_< ). I was trying to make a doll and thought that I could just trace around a bunny doll I had sans the ears, cut two pieces of material out in the shape of the body, sew it, and stuff it. Well that didn't work out because I realized that the head, body and limbs need to be made seperate and then attached. I had used some yellow scrap fabric to test out the now failed doll and was going to throw it away, when I realized that with the yellow colour and round head it looked like Homer Simpson.
Then I remembered the episode where Homer got sick and Doctor Hibbert said it was either food poisoning of a voodoo curse and it cuts to Patty and Selma holding a Homer doll with pins in it's eyes. And thus an idea was born and this doll was made for my dad, a fellow Simpsons fan. If you look closely you can see the pins in his eyes, although the two black hairs on his head aren't visible.
(And yes that is the Simpsons playing on the T.V. Bonus points if can tell which episode it is ^_____^).
That's a complement by the way :_
Unless it's a part where someone's at a harbor, because that looks like a body of water outside that glass window.
XD I don't really expect anyone to get it. The scene's far too generic. Maybe I should have waited a minute before taking the photo. D'oh!
Mainly because I'm curious what the extra points are.
